Set-up advice

Choose the kind and pace of set-up that suits you and let someone else manage it.
 
We determine the kind of set-up best suited to your needs (subsidiary or other kind of company, sales office, etc...) and take care of creating your structure.
 
Your company or sales office can be registered and your teams can work from our offices. We can supervise your sales representatives or technical staff and manage your accounts.
 
We can provide you with an operational structure by firstly tracking down a set of premises, recruiting staff and, if necessary, preparing the sales contracts or certain essential protocols between parent companies and their local offices. In certain cases it may be wise to begin to establish yourself by entrusting your sales representation to us with an option allowing you, once you have secured a certain level of business, to reclaim the staff we have trained and who have worked exclusively for your company for your new local structure.

We will take a close look at your projects and business and consider the kind of structure most appropriate for the business you want to develop.

Like most of our customers, we are also a small to medium enterprise. In the past, we asked ourselves the same questions you’re asking yourselves now.

In each country, we have either sales offices or subsidiaries. Some are only work centres whereas others issue invoices for the services or goods that they import or produce locally.

In general, we are able to advise you on the best directions to take, covering legal, fiscal, social and even customs issues...
However, even though we have qualified personnel, we don’t claim to be able to fulfil the role of law firms or tax advisors.

We are experienced professionals who share our experience with our customers. We offer advice focusing on practical and business issues. We can coordinate the creation of your local set-up and put in place its accounts, as well as agreements and contracts with its shareholders, staff and partners. In Russia, for example, we work in close collaboration with the Cabinet FRANCIS LEFEBVRE on legal issues and with MAZARS for tax-related matters.

We can offer you a simple, economical, competitive and transparent package to assist your company over the early months of its local development.

Certain companies start more gently, without creating a legal entity, by assigning a dedicated member of staff to work from our offices.

This member of staff is employed by our subsidiary and is "seconded to company X". We provide them with support from all our local office’s departments and jointly manage the local administrative formalities as regards their paid activity. They answer to the French company for whom we hired them. The company subsequently creates a sales office or subsidiary and reclaims its employee(s), whilst continuing to operate from our offices, until moving to their own offices, leaving us to manage their accounts, or not.

This service is of particular interest to companies setting up in Russia, the Ukraine, Central Europe, India, Algeria or Canada where "experience" plays a more significant role than elsewhere.

We shall also train the managers appointed by the company as to the specific cultural and economic characteristics of the country where it is starting to work
