We provide you with a local turnkey “sales office” to run and develop your sales networks and follow-up your purchases or sub-contracting operations. According to your needs, this multi-phase package includes commercial and marketing elements (follow-up, prospecting, merchandising, etc...), logistical assistance (consolidated shipments, customs, etc...), financial engineering (customer/supplier risk analysis, payment management), goods inspections, etc...

Too many companies entrust the distribution of their products to intermediary distributors or “agents” on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis and know very little about their own customers and how the market works. We supervise one or more distributors, with or without developing a distribution network, and ensure the implementation of your company’s sales policy on the market in question. In certain cases, we directly canvass customer-retailers or users (industry for B2B, shops, major retail outlets, etc...), to either directly put them in touch with your company to or refer them to a distributor.

In order to meet the demand of its customers and in accordance with the 4 aims mentioned earlier, since 1996 we have put in place teams focused on the sales representation of French companies in Russia, Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, India, Algeria and Canada.
These teams are essentially comprised of French or local sales representatives, each covering a specialist line of business.

In addition to this commercial and administrative sales assistance, our Moscow office can manage the logistical side of your exports to Russia (transport, customs, delivery).
Many companies have chosen this flexible, transparent and comprehensive package that makes it possible to consolidate the introduction of product or brand whilst keeping overheads as low as possible.
This sales representation can be “organised” in a number of different ways depending on your objectives and the commercial or industrial issues involved. We appoint sales representatives from our existing teams to work part-time on your dossier or otherwise recruit local or French workers (employees or VIEs - Volunteers for International Experience) who focus on your business either full-time or part-time.
Whatever the package, you benefit from a genuine sales office or a genuine, local-based and “outsourced” subsidiary… that is very quickly operational and whose overheads are indirectly offset by a number of similar contracts.
The contract between the SALVEO Group and your company is flexible and can be adapted according to the market and your strategy.
Over the last year and a half, for example, we have recruited several members of staff to manage the growing business of one of our customers (sales representatives, merchandisers, sales managers) which, once it secures a certain level of business, will create its own subsidiary and reclaim “its” dedicated staff.
The Group’s Sales Representation services are first and foremost aimed at small and medium enterprises which already have significant business in the country in question and/or high development potential, as well as companies who consider the country in question to be a key area for development.
