Recruitment of French staff (VIE) or local employees
We often assist our customers with missions to recruit a wide range of sales staff (Senior Export Staff or Managers, VIE (Volunteers for International Experience), Sales Representatives for Russia, the Ukraine, Central Europe, India, Algeria, Canada, Subsidiary Managers, etc....) based in France and/or abroad and have access to a long list of potential candidates in our CV-library, which we update on a regular basis.
Depending on the circumstances, we use every available source:
► our own database of candidates in the target zone – updated – with more than 400 potential candidates
► our own local database
► co-optation (using our wide-ranging business experience built up over more than 18 years)
► recruitment via advertisements in specialist professional or general media.
We are therefore able to coordinate the recruitment of your sales staff in the following manner:
► Approval of the profile and process (job profile, candidate profile, selection criteria, methodology, timing, recruitment methods)
► Preparation of a list of promising candidates based on your specifications (using advertisements and/or FREX’s own internal databases)
► Selection, following sorting, identification and in-depth interviews of the potential candidates most capable of meeting the set profiles
► Regular reporting
We also advise you on salary practices and the type of contract to offer your new recruit in order to offer your company the best possible protection.
