We can offer you a simple, economical, competitive and transparent package to assist your company over the early months of its development.
Certain companies ask us to help them create a sales office or subsidiary, to host this local company and one or two dedicated member of staff, to have access to our company’s various departments (secretarial service, advice, marketing, etc...) and to manage the office’s accounts.
Once they reach a sufficient level of maturity, these companies move out and become independent.
Other companies start more gently, without creating a legal entity, by appointing a dedicated member of staff to work from our offices.
This staff member is employed by the SALVEO Group or our local set-ups in Russia, the Ukraine, Central Europe, India, Algeria or Canada and is "seconded to company X". We offer them the support of all our local office’s departments and jointly manage the local administrative formalities relating to their paid activity.
They answer to the French company on whose behalf we hired them.
The company subsequently creates a sales office or subsidiary and reclaims its employee(s), whilst continuing to operate from our offices, before moving to their own offices, leaving us to manage their accounts or not.
We call this the "outsourced subsidiary" service as it offers greater benefits than mere domiciliation: the French company can benefit from the full experience of the SALVEO Group’s staff and has the option of requesting assistance from our various departments over the different stages of its development (telephone prospecting, logistics, etc...).
This service is of particular interest to companies setting up in "SALVEO Zone" countries where "experience" plays a more significant role than elsewhere.
