Organisation of your participation at a trade show

The number of trade shows available in the countries within the “SALVEO Zone” is huge.
 
Exhibiting at a trade show connected to your line of business can increase your understanding of the environment of the market you are prospecting.
 
NB: We strongly advise against exhibiting at a trade show as part of a preliminary prospecting operation. This is a sure way to leave the trade show with, at best, a few dozen business cards without knowing if they’ll lead to anything. You’ll then spend endless hours trying to get back to your contacts with very low chances of any concrete results, without serious follow-up.

In practice, many companies ask us either to perform a market flash or to prepare a preliminary prospecting mission that is partially conducted during the trade show. In the latter case, we schedule two days of appointments with potential partners followed by two days at the trade show or we ask the company to send out 2 employees: one remains on the stand while the other visits potential partners with our team.
