Choose an in-the-field partner!
 
The SALVEO Group and its subsidiaries the FREX Group, INVINDIS and CEFRAL are known for their operational approach and their ability to assist company development.
 
First of all, we help you to draw up a set of specifications, notably including the profile of the prospecting targets and the list of information that needs to be collected.
 
The mission principally consists of the following elements, but remember: we only offer tailor-made solutions. These different points can therefore be adapted on a case-by-case basis:
 
►  Translation of a company presentation into the local language(s)
►  Preparation of a presentation of your offer in the local language(s)
►  Identification of the competitors present on the market
►  Collection of general information: customs, certification, etc...
►  Collection of in-the-field information: advertising, booklets, rates, etc...
►  Collection of information on the distribution networks and/or methods
►  Information on the trade fairs and shows that could interest you
►  Identification of potential partners
►  Initial telephone calls to collect information
►  Meetings with contacts for assessment purposes: business, geographical influence, reputation, current suppliers, reliability, solvency, motivation, etc…
►  Direct delivery of your brochure and offer
►  Pre-negotiation of the terms for collaboration with the contacts
►  Approval of each potential customer or partner by your mission coordinator
►  Delivery of regular reports throughout the entire prospecting process
►  Delivery of our identification charts
►  Liaising with customers and targets after the reports: Q&A
►  Organisation of a round of appointments (3 to 10 days)
►  Assistance from your mission coordinator
►  Daily debriefing with our office manager
►  Preparation of thank you letter for the contacts with whom meetings were held
►  End-of-trip analysis of the next steps to be taken
 
In addition to these business meetings, our local experts shall do the necessary to provide you with information and documents on the country and market in question both before and during your trip

However interesting and successful it may be, all prospecting work requires follow-up by the company: this means resources and time. Are you aware of this?
 
We conduct an in-house assessment of the company’s project before preparing any commercial proposals. If we have doubts over the company’s ability to achieve the set objectives (poorly adapted product, highly competitive sector, insufficiently structured company), we let the company know. The company can then decide either way with full knowledge of the facts.
 
We reserve the right to refuse to work for a company that we do not feel capable of satisfying.
