Equipped offices and work spaces
Do you want to make an equipped workspace / office available to your full-time employee in the short term?
We offer you various different “Business Centre” packages used by our customers:
► Workspace in an equipped office for 2/3 persons or open space
► Access to a meeting and/or appointment room
► Use of the Moscow courier service (€15/hour, minimum €20 per delivery)
► Processing of your calls, faxes and messages on our telephone numbers by the secretarial service and direct access to your staff by dialling their extension number.
► Option of adding specific lines and n°s that you will be able to “take-away” when you leave (ask us for an estimate).
Equipped offices:
► Wi-Fi. Use of our fibre-optic line to connect to the internet - your traffic shall be billed at cost price.
► Possible use of our CRM system – Customer relationship management software - to secure your data (ask us, additional charge for the licence).
► Your calls outside Moscow must be made via a call router that will give you an access code: we will charge you for these calls.
► Use of the secretarial service to buy tickets, reserve hotels, call for taxis, etc....
► A selection of business and trade publications (Russian and French)
► A selection of telephone directories, CD-ROMs with databases
► Our offices include toilets.
The premises are generally open to staff from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Closed at all other times + weekends and public holidays, except for the designated member of staff.
Exceptions on request (form available from the secretarial service). Our offices are equipped with a security system.
Our office is currently located 10-15 minutes from the Kremlin, near the small internal ring-road (Garden ring, Kaltso), Elektrozavodskaya metro station (2/3 stations from the Kremlin without having to change lines).
